Private on your device
What you add is stored encrypted on your phone, not on Papira servers.

The documents you add stay on your device. Papira does not sell or send their contents to our servers. How privacy works
What you add is stored encrypted on your phone, not on Papira servers.
One app, built for both. Use the store button for your device.
Organise your own documents, or the ones you look after for others.
Pick a document template or create a custom one. Choose the fields, dates and reminders that make sense for you.
Today shows what needs attention: what expired, what is close, what is coming up.
Open the official site, call the issuing authority, look up the address, or create a new version when you renew.

One place for the documents, copies, contacts and dates you would otherwise keep in five different apps.
See what is coming and choose when you want to be reminded.
Configurable alerts, clear valid / due soon / expired states, and actions to open, renew, call or find the address.
Not every document is the same — Papira adapts to yours.
Flexible fields, with or without an expiry date, or an unknown date. Categories, collections, search and filters.
Photograph, import and review without spreading files across several apps.
Front and back, multiple pages, PDFs, rotate and crop, and “Share / Open with” — for example a PDF from Gmail, without access to your mailbox.
Keep the information that helps you act, not just a date.
Issuing authority, official website, phone, address and instructions. Papira never promises to renew anything for you.
Renew without losing the previous versions.
A new version linked to the one before it, searchable history, and older or archived documents that don’t count towards your limit.
Record where you put the physical document.
A “Where is the original?” field — wallet, drawer, safe, folder, wherever it actually is.
Bring together what matters for the people you look after.
Family profiles with documents, dates and counters per person. Up to 8 profiles on the Family plan.
Birthdays and events, kept separate from your documents.
One-off, monthly or yearly events, and birthdays that come round automatically.
Count down to — or up from — the moments that matter.
Elapsed and remaining counters, your choice of units, and favourites on the dashboard.
Country of origin, current residence and other contexts in a single app.
Country contexts per person on Individual Plus and Family. Papira does not provide immigration or legal advice.
Put a dossier together and review everything before it leaves your phone.
Pick the versions and attachments, preview them, generate a local PDF index, and use your phone’s own share menu. Nothing is sent automatically.
Back up and restore when you decide to.
An encrypted backup protected by your own password, restored or merged on the new phone. No account. This is not cloud sync.
An extra layer for sensitive information.
PIN and biometrics, re-authentication before revealing or sharing attachments, and notifications that don’t show the details.
So here it is, without marketing gymnastics.
Documents, attachments and family details are stored encrypted on your phone.
We won’t claim the app never touches the internet: there are separate technical connections for app stores, official links you open, the editorial template library, a backup you choose, and advertising where it applies.
A dossier is assembled and reviewed by you, then sent through your phone’s own share menu.
No sign-up, no email, no password to forget.
PIN and biometrics, plus notifications that don’t reveal what the reminder is about.
A manual transfer you start and protect with your own password — not automatic cloud sync.

Add profiles for a partner, children or parents and keep each person’s documents, dates and counters together. One administrator organises everything from a single phone — there is no multi-device sync in this version, and Papira never asks for other people’s accounts.

Everyone can create a document from any country. On Individual Plus and Family you can also organise them by context — country of origin, current residence, or a label of your own — and filter by it.
Papira organises your documents. It does not provide immigration or legal advice, and it does not check whether you meet any country’s requirements.

Your existing information remains accessible, editable, exportable and included in your backup. Creating new items above your active plan’s allowance is paused until you renew or change plan.
Documents, renewal details and the dates you can’t afford to miss — organised on your phone, not on someone else’s server.
